The journal · $19 a month
A journal that writes itself.
Connect your account once. Every trade you take is recorded automatically, and after a few weeks you can see, in your own numbers, exactly what's costing you money.
Education, not financial advice · Trading involves substantial risk of loss
Why this one
You already know you should journal.
The problem was never that you did not believe in it. It is that a journal you type by hand is a journal you stop keeping in about nine days, and the entries you did write are the version of the day you remember rather than the one that happened. A record you can edit in your own favour cannot tell you anything you do not already want to hear.
This one fills itself in from the account. It is boring, it is complete, and after a few weeks it will tell you something about your trading that you did not know.
What it does
Four things, done properly.
Your trades arrive on their own
Connect once and every round trip is journalled within minutes of the exit, with entries, exits, size, points and P&L already filled in. Nothing to type at the end of the day, and nothing to conveniently forget.
One click to connect Tradovate
Sign in with Tradovate and it starts syncing, evaluation and funded accounts included, which is what most people here are trading. NinjaTrader desktop has an add-on, and any platform can import a CSV.
Your account rules, watched live
Tell it the firm and the phase and Today shows your distance to target, your drawdown room and your daily loss headroom as the session runs. The rule that ends most evaluations is on screen before you break it.
A calendar you can argue with
Every day scored, every week and month totalled. The reports are built from your own trades: what you traded, when you traded it, which setups paid, and where the money actually went.
How it goes
Two minutes now, then nothing.
- Step one
Connect your account
Two minutes, once. Read-only: it reads your trade history to write the journal, and it never places an order.
- Step two
Trade the way you already trade
Nothing changes about your session. The record builds itself in the background while you do it, and old trades can be imported so you are not starting from an empty page.
- Step three
Read what it says
After a few weeks there is enough of your own data to be useful. The reports show which days, which times and which setups are costing you, in numbers you cannot argue with because you made them.

Straight answers
Before you pay for anything.
What happens right after I pay?
You land on the member sign-in page. Enter the email you paid with and we email you a sign-in link, so there is no password to invent. From there it is one screen: connect an account, or import a CSV.
Which platforms does it work with?
Tradovate accounts connect directly, which covers most evaluation and funded accounts. NinjaTrader desktop is supported through an add-on you install once. Anything else can import a CSV export, and Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TopstepX and Rithmic files are detected for you.
Does it work with evaluation accounts?
Yes, and that is who it is built for. Add the account, pick your firm preset, and it tracks your target, trailing drawdown and daily loss limit against what you have actually done today.
Can it trade for me, or see my money?
No. The connection is read-only. It reads the trade history and account balance needed to write the journal and track your rules. It cannot place, change or cancel an order, and no payment details are ever handled by us.
How do I cancel?
Email jasper@passfundedaccount.com and it is done, or cancel from the receipt Stripe emails you. No call, no retention script. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
I bought the program. Do I need this?
No. The program includes 12 months of the journal, and existing members already have it. Sign in at the member area with the account you joined with.
Is this financial advice?
No. It is a record of your own trading and a set of reports built from it. It does not tell you what to buy, and trading futures carries substantial risk of loss.
