What we collect

When you opt in on this site we collect the information you provide (typically your first name, last name, and email address) plus basic technical data (e.g. IP address) needed to deliver the service and prevent abuse. We also set a first-party cookie that remembers how you found us (for example, which campaign link you clicked) so we can attribute signups. It is never shared with third parties.

How we use it

• To send you the free cheat sheet and related emails you opted into.
• To operate the course, community, and member communications.
• To understand and improve what we offer.

Who processes your data

We use trusted third parties to run the service, including Kit (ConvertKit) for email, Supabase for our database, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Each processes data under its own terms.

Email & consent

You opt in explicitly and confirm your email (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing jasper@passfundedaccount.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to run the site and, where applicable, basic analytics. This section should be finalised to match the exact tools in use at launch.
