1. What this is (education, not advice)

Pass Funded Account provides educational content about trading: courses, community, live calls, and downloadable resources. It is education only. Nothing on this site, in the course, on calls, or in the community is financial, investment, tax, or trading advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other instrument.

Pass Funded Account and its founder are not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant, and are not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, or any other financial regulator. We do not manage money, place trades for you, or give personalized recommendations. Any question answered on a call or in the community is answered for educational purposes only and is not advice tailored to your situation. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for compliance with the rules of any prop firm whose evaluations you attempt.

2. Your account & access

Membership is delivered through Whop. Access is immediate and digital. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute the materials.

3. Payment

The course is a one-time payment of $249 (unless otherwise stated at checkout). Any premium tiers (e.g. 1:1 coaching) are priced and sold separately.

4. The 90-day guarantee

We offer a conditional money-back guarantee: if you complete the program as defined below and have not passed a funded prop firm challenge within 90 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of the course fee. The guarantee exists to reward people who actually do the work, so every condition below must be met within your 90-day period:

1. Complete every course module, and keep written notes for each module. We may ask you to provide your notes as part of verification.
2. Backtest at least 30 historical examples of the model using the template provided in the course, and keep the completed backtest log.
3. Trade the model's rules for at least 30 trading days, logging every trade on the day it was taken in the member journal at passfundedaccount.com/members (or /log).
4. Stay within the program's risk plan on every logged trade: the position sizing and hard loss limits defined in the risk module. Trades that materially exceed those limits disqualify the period in which they occur.
5. Keep your results verifiable: connect your trading account to the member journal (for example the Tradovate or NinjaTrader sync) or maintain a complete same-day journal. We may request statements from your prop firm or broker to verify trading activity, and the guarantee is void where records have been falsified.
6. Attend at least 8 of the 12 weekly calls.

Claims must be submitted through passfundedaccount.com/refund within 14 days after your 90-day period ends. We verify claims against program records (module progress, notes, backtest log, journal and connected account data, call attendance) and respond within a reasonable time, normally 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Whop. The guarantee is a refund of the course fee only; it is not a guarantee of trading profits, and it does not cover prop firm evaluation fees, reset fees, data fees, or any other third-party cost.

5. Refunds outside the guarantee

Because access to the material is immediate and digital, refunds outside the guarantee above are limited and handled per the policy shown at checkout and per Whop's terms. The guarantee conditions in effect at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to you.

6. No guarantee of results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. We do not promise profits. Individual results vary and depend on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pass Funded Account is not liable for trading losses or other damages arising from use of the materials.
